Edward P. Hall’s Brand of Barber Training in Lancaster, PA

Edward P. Hall is the proud owner of Champ’s Barber School and Barber shops in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, A graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, he went on to further his Barber training at Hudson Barber and Beauty School, Hartford Community College, and Jerry Farewells Bible Institute in Lynchburg, Va. He holds a business degree from Ashworth College, Atlanta, Georgia.

He has spoken in numerous schools and colleges alike as a motivational speaker. He had the opportunity to speak at the House of Representative before the Speaker of the House and Legislators of Pennsylvania State. In 1993 he was inducted into the Boys and Girls Club Hall of Fame.

In 1999 he was honored by State Representative, Mike Sturla for his outstanding dedication to the youth. In 1999 he was honored by Masons Mt. Horeb Lodge 14 for his service to the community and commitment to youth. In 1999 he was honored by the Office of County Commissioners for outstanding service and contributions to young people and the community. In 2000 he was honored by State Treasurer Barbara Hafer for his achieved success in business. In 2005 he received the Business Development Award. In 2007 he was honored to speak at the Capital in Washington DC on behalf of Small Businesses throughout the United States.

He also taught at Edward Hand Junior High School for the Junior Achievements Program on importing, exporting, and foreign exchange.

In 2009 he was featured in USA Today. In 2011 he received the champion of diversity award by the Urban League.

In 2012 he was honored by the NAACP for his service and commitment to the community as an entrepreneur who mentors and develops the lives of young men and women through education and business.

In 2012 he was honored by Mayor Rick Gray for his outstanding commitment to the City,and his invaluable service to the community.

In 2013 he was inducted into McCasky High School Alumni Hall of Fame.

In 2014 Mr. Hall was Honored by the State Conference NAACP Business Person of the year.

In 2015 Mr. Hall broke two world records on the bench press. (R.P.S. Power Lifting)

In 2016 Edward Champ Hall was inducted into McCaskey High School Athletic Hall of Fame
